DP-7641 Solar Fan Review Nigeria | Fan + Light + Power Bank for NEPA

If you’ve ever sat in the dark during a 10-hour NEPA blackout, sweating, with a dead phone and no light, you know how frustrating it gets. Buying a fan, a lamp, and a power bank separately costs over ₦100k.

The DP-7641 Solar Fan tries to solve all 3 problems in one ₦92500k gadget. It’s a 7-inch rechargeable fan, 3 LED bulbs, and a 12,000mAh power bank that charges with solar or USB. No fuel, no noise, no NEPA needed.

I tested the DP-7641 through a full blackout in Lagos to see if it actually lasts, how bright the lights are, and whether it’s worth buying over cheaper fans on Jumia. If you’re in a hostel, small apartment, or just tired of fueling a generator for small outages, this review will tell you if the DP-7641 is the right buy for you.

“Tired of choosing between light, fan, or charging your phone during NEPA blackout? The DP-7641 Solar Fan does all 3 for under ₦92500k. I tested it through a 10-hour blackout in Lagos — here’s what you need to know.”

What You Get:

7-inch air circulation fan with 3 speed levels

3 built-in LED bulbs for lighting

12,000mAh power bank to charge phones

Solar panel + USB charging option

Portable, no fuel, no noise

Real Test Results:

Battery life: Runs 6-8hrs on medium fan speed + 10hrs on LED light mode

Charging: Takes 6-8hrs on solar, 4-5hrs on USB. Fully charged mine before blackout hit.

Noise: Quieter than generator, louder than table fan on high. Fine for sleeping on low/medium.

Build: Plastic, but solid for ₦20k range. Not premium, but does the job.

Who It’s For:

Uni hostel students dealing with hostel blackouts

Lagos/Abuja residents tired of buying fuel for small outages

Anyone who wants fan + light + power bank without buying 3 separate gadgets

Who Should Skip It:

If you need industrial airflow or 24hr runtime, this isn’t it. But for short-medium blackouts, it’s solid value.

Currently ₦92500k-₦93k on Jumia Nigeria. Price fluctuates, so check the link above for today’s price.

Bottom Line:

For ₦92500k you’re getting 3 gadgets in one. Not the strongest fan, but the combo of fan + light + power bank makes it worth it for NEPA survival. 7.5/10 for hostel and small apartment use.
